Returns & Refunds Made Simple:Because Your Satisfaction Matters!

We want you to love your Marquisethe tea as much as we love making it. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help fix that. We’ve kept our return and refund policy clear and easy to follow, because your peace of mind is just as important to us as the quality of our tea.

Is Your Order Eligible for a Return?

You have up to two months from the day your order arrives to request a return. Since we’re dealing with food, we have to keep safety first, so we can only accept items that are still sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For everyone’s safety, once a food product is opened, it can’t be returned or refunded. We also can’t accept items that show signs of damage or tampering after they’ve reached you.

How Refunds and Store Credits Are Processed After Approval

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. If you’d prefer, we can also give you store credit to use on your next tea restock! Keep in mind that bank processing times vary, so it might take a few days for the refund to show up on your statement. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is because of a mistake on our end.

What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We do our best to pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged or you get the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours. Sending over a few photos of the issue helps us fix it much faster. Once we verify the problem, we’ll send out a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
